Welcome to the CRISS Official Website
Welcome to center for Controls, Robotics, Intelligent Systems and Sensors research website. This center aim at supporting and nurturing innovative research and development of products and services in the field of Intelligent Systems, Sensors, Controls and Robotics. CRISS is a multi-disciplinary center combining Mechanical, Electrical and Computer Science Engineering.
CRISS is committed to creating a stimulating and supportive environment for innovative research. The center can be considered to be made up of four basic tiers researching in; Intelligent Systems, Sensors, Controls and Robotics. Research encompasses research in field of Intelligent Systems, Sensors, Controls and Robotics.
Students and Research
The prime interest of this group is essentially framed upon Control systems and robotics. The group combines research students of diverse backgrounds across adaptive and robust control, intelligent systems, embedded systems, robotics, digital systems and image processing. The objective is to optimally explore the design, implementation and diagnosis of control systems through the rich platform of state-of-the-art facilities, rigorous research methodologies and a dynamic scientific orientation CRISS offers and encourages. Students are split along their choice areas of research interests and assigned specific projects with with the directors at hand for timely supervision of the project works.
